Chicago Booth professor Austan D. Goolsbee and UChicago professor Dali Yang will share their unique expertise on the economies of the United States and Asia. They’ll delve deep into the commonalities and differences between these economies, address the response to COVID-19 in these two areas of the world, and more. Best-selling author Joshua Cooper Ramo will moderate their discussion.

Goolsbee is the Robert P. Gwinn Professor of Economics at Chicago Booth. He previously served in Washington as chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Obama.
Dali Yang Dali Yang
Yang is the William Claude Reavis Professor in the Department of Political Science and the College. He is also senior advisor to the president and provost on global initiatives at UChicago.
