A new event series from UChicago Booth School of Business, Faculty Fireside will feature conversations between Booth faculty and engaging leaders in business and academia.
On March 2 HKT, Steven Neil Kaplan, Neubauer Family Distinguished Service Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance and Kessenich E.P. Faculty Director at the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship, will have an in-depth fireside conversation with JP Gan, MBA ’99, founding partner, INCE Capital, on shifting global trends in the venture capital and private equity markets and predictions for the future of VC and PE in Asia. The discussion will also offer a unique perspective on the highs and lows of the VC industry in 2020, changing business models and the impact on the VC ecosystem in Asia, and breakthrough technologies that may appear in 2021 and beyond.
